Cardio-Kix classes are fast, fun and furious, the focus is on cardiovascular and anaerobic conditioning, fitness, and weight loss.

This class goes heavy on kickboxing techniques and footwork to simulate anaerobic fight conditions. Drills, sprints, and body-weight exercises add a boost to an already challenging workout.

Aside from working the speed of your game, this boxing class will tone your body and burn an amazing amount of calories. Sweat boxing classes are held on:

  • Monday 12-1 pm.
