Add this traditional sport to your repertoire and increase your conditioning, challenge yourself physically and mentally, and lose weight-all in one class.

This class focuses on thetechnical side of boxing and the nature of sparring in the ring.  Classes are comprised of a brief warm-up (you are welcome to come early and warm up more extensively if you wish), pad work, bag work, partner drills, dynamic boxing combinations, and introduction to sparring.

There is no kicking in this class. A minimum of 10 kickboxing classes is required to attend this class.
